Data Privacy
- ✓Your customer email data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
- ✓We do not use your data to train public AI models.
- ✓Data is processed only to generate responses for your dealership.
- ✓Each dealership's data is strictly isolated — no cross-tenant access.
- ✓You can request deletion of your data at any time.

AI Usage
- ✓We use trusted AI providers including OpenAI to generate email drafts.
- ✓AI-generated content is transient — it is not retained by AI providers beyond your session.
- ✓Responses are generated using your inbound email context only.
- ✓AI drafts are for review purposes. You control what gets sent.
- ✓LeadPulse does not verify vehicle availability — always review before sending.

Email Access
- ✓We connect to Gmail and Microsoft 365 via official OAuth 2.0.
- ✓OAuth access is limited to reading inbound lead emails and sending approved replies.
- ✓We do not store OAuth tokens in plaintext — tokens are encrypted at rest.
- ✓You can revoke email access at any time from Settings → Email Link.
- ✓Disconnecting your mailbox immediately stops all email processing.

- ✓Database powered by Supabase with row-level security and encrypted storage.
- ✓All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+.
